How we work

We question. Before putting a single note on paper, before pressing a single key, we ask questions. What story do you want to tell? And why do you want to tell it? We crawl into the story and we get to know it, through and through. Down to the tiniest detail. Only when we fully grasp its meaning, will we decide what to do and how to do it.

From here we’ll do our creative things; a process that is different every time. One constant however is that we’ll be there for you throughout the entire process ̶ until the very last sound.
We make sure that everything is organized and that the audio will be there on time. In other words: we’ll take the load off your shoulders.

Studios

Big Orange Studios

We have our recording studios in two cities. One in the creative breeding ground Pand Noord in Amsterdam, where we have our highly-praised recording facilities. And there’s free parking. Our other location is in Utrecht, right next to the historical wharfs of the Oudegracht, with a picnic table at the waterside and small boats to watch go by.
